Mostly, the after school clubs are run on a voluntary basis by school staff. On very rare occasions, staff may reluctantly have to cancel an after school club session due to illness or personal/family commitments. Should this occur, the school will make every attempt to notify you as soon as possible so that you can make alternative arrangements. If for some reason, we are unable to contact you, the school will ensure that your child is safe until you, or another adult nominated by you (with the knowledge of the school) can collect him/her.
Please ensure that we have all of your current contact details in the school office.
Days and times of after school clubs may be changed. We will notify you of any changes as soon as is practically possible.
